Hopefully we can get some more discussion going on in this english poker forum aswell.
I played this hand on NoiQpoker today and would like to hear what everyone thinks about it!

I'm playing 10 player table and sitting with $90. I get dealt T :heart: T :diamond: in Early Position and raise to $3 2 players call from late positon they botht had more chips then I did and seemed to be tight players.

Flop comes 8 :spade: 7 :spade: 6 :diamond: so I have overpair and gutshot straight draw. I bet $8 to $10,5 pot and one of the guys calls. Turn comes Q :diamond: what should I do now? Turn was bad card but I still have a good hand. Bet? Or if I check and he bets what then?

I would bet near potsize against the flushdraw.
Seems like AJs++, doesnt it?
Check fold on the river if he gets flush.

Results: I ended up betting $20 on turn and the guy folded. I think it would have been even more interesting hand had he raised me allin.

Bet/fold on turn, the guy wouldn't be raising hands poor than yours, he will be raising only with hands that will beat you.
Don't check this turn, 'cause he will probably bet and you will be in a horrible spot.

you have to bet there. i dont see overcards calling this drawing flop. i just see a A9 or smth like that, so you must be good with your TT.

I will bet $18 and if he raise I will fold.

If he flat turn, I will check river and fold to a value bet and call a monster bet no matter what drops on the river.

Tight Players will bluff in position too!

Q is not the worst card for turn.
I will raise 3/4 pot and if there comes re-raise then fold.

Checking is another way to minimize risk, but then comes risk to lose your winning hand.

Hopefully river gives 9, 7, 6 or smaller card without spades.

If comes another Q Ill check call, but enemys image will depends a lot of this hand.

I think the queen didnt help him, flop was 678 and he called 8$, so i would put him either to an open ended straight draw or A8 or K8, so i would make a bet like 15$ to try what he has. If he raises then u should be worried. one hand I would be scared of is Q9. With that he would have had an open ended straight draw what turn to a pair of queens. But after all i would make a 15$ bet on turn :)
